These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of allyexteriors.com and your communications with Alliance Exteriors LLC ("Alliance Exteriors," "we," "us," or "our"), including text messages, email, and our website chat. By using this website, submitting a form, using our chat, or sending or receiving text messages with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our messaging services.

Text Messaging Terms (SMS/MMS)

Program description.

Alliance Exteriors operates a text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about exterior home services. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and scheduling updates, project status updates, responses to your questions, replies to missed calls, requests for a review after a completed job, and — where you have separately opted in — promotional offers and seasonal service reminders.

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from Alliance Exteriors by entering your mobile number in the chat widget on our website and checking the consent box, by texting us first, or by giving us your number and agreeing to text contact in the course of requesting or receiving service. Our website contact form does not enroll you in text messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project and your interaction with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Alliance Exteriors does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.

How to opt out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us. If you would like to rejoin later, sign up again or text us and we will re-enroll you.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and effective transmission from your carrier.

Privacy. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with subcontractors and service providers acting on our behalf strictly to help deliver messages and provide customer support. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized user of, the mobile number you provide.

Estimates, Quotes, and Contracts

Information on this website — including service descriptions, pricing references, and promotional offers — is provided for general informational purposes and is not an offer or a binding quote. No contract for work exists between you and Alliance Exteriors until a written proposal or contract has been signed by both parties.

Estimates are based on the conditions visible and known at the time of inspection. Concealed conditions discovered during work — deteriorated decking, hidden water damage, structural issues, code requirements — may change the scope and the price. Any such change will be communicated to you and agreed in writing before the additional work proceeds.

Photographs on this site depict past work and are illustrative. They are not a guarantee of the appearance or outcome of your project. Material availability, color runs, and manufacturer specifications change over time.

Warranties

Workmanship and manufacturer warranties, where offered, are described in your signed contract and in the applicable manufacturer's warranty documents. Nothing on this website creates, extends, or modifies any warranty. In the event of a conflict between this website and your signed contract, the signed contract controls.

Insurance Claims

Where we assist with a storm damage or insurance claim, we act as your contractor. We do not adjust claims, negotiate on your behalf as a public adjuster, or provide legal or insurance advice. All coverage decisions rest with your insurance carrier. You remain responsible for your deductible and for any amounts your policy does not cover.

Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to use this website to transmit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems; to interfere with the site's operation; or to use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the site. You agree not to submit another person's phone number or personal information without their permission.

Our total liability arising out of your use of this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
